Founder's Story
Alexander Brodowski has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, starting his career within the greater real estate industry as a licensed real estate agent in 2015 and ultimately becoming a broker in three states. As a broker, he gained a wealth of knowledge about the industry, representing buyers, sellers, tenants and developers across various property types, including residential, commercial, and land development.

With a passion for development, Alex began exploring opportunities to pursue his own projects, starting with multi-family, land, and residential properties in 2018. That same year, Alex had the opportunity to work with a long-time landowner and commercial contractor developer in Nashville, Tennessee, where he further honed his skills in land development and construction management.

In 2018, Alex founded both Westmont Capital Group and Alpine Development to serve as a means of identifying, acquiring, planning, developing, and disposing of land development and commercial real estate projects across the Southeast region, including Texas. Westmont Capital Group focused on sourcing acquisitions and dispositions, while Alpine Development acquired special interest projects, focusing on developing luxury residential properties in Tampa, Florida.

Over the years, Alpine Development has expanded its services, specializing in land development and luxury residential development, with a portfolio that includes completed transactions including commercial office buildings, retail spaces, and active care living facilities. The company has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results due to a strong focus on innovation and creativity in the land assembly and zoning development space.
